Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Currently, we only ship domestically in India. Shipping charges depend on your location and size of package, and are calculated at checkout. 

Your personalized order takes 8 business days to ship out. You will be notified with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped. We use third party courier services and our orders are usually delivered within 3-5 days of shipping.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Once an order is submitted and payment has been made, you accept that this is a custom-made order with an 8-day turnaround. We cannot cancel or refund your order once it has been placed. Additionally there is no exchange on custom made/personalised orders.

From time to time, we will offer promotional deals. This includes, but not limited to; Free Shipping, discounts, gift vouchers, free gift etc. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot adjust the order or honour a promotional deal after your order has been placed.

If you made a mistake with the spelling -  
It happens to the best if us, don't worry. We can't guarantee that we will be able to change, but please email hello@namelyco.com and we will do our best to help.

Please always check that the spelling is correct before your order is placed. You can review this in the preview section, when you're looking at the product page.

If we make a mistake with the product - 
In the event that you receive a product that is incorrect in terms of design or spelling, we will give you the option of opting for a refund or we will try and get you the correct product at the earliest. We will arrange a reverse pickup of the incorrect item or reimburse you for shipping, whichever is feasible. 

If you choose to opt for refund, your payment will be refunded in full in the same method that it was made. The refund will be processed once the returned item is received by us.
