Customizing your product

  • How do I know the right blanket size for my kid according to his/her age?

We offer 3 sizes for children, and recommend the following:
  1. Bassinet blankets:  Newborns until 6 months.
  2. Cot blankets: 6 months to 3 years
  3. Single bed blankets: 3-8 years
If your child is above 8, you could still purchase a single bed blanket, but depending on the height of the child, you may need to get a larger blanket i.e. an Adult-medium or even our Adult-large for a tall teenager.

  • What designs are available for personalized blankets?

Our personalized blankets come in an array of lovely hues. You can choose between solid colours, stripey, rainbow or colour blocked panelled blankets.

  • How do I get a preview of my personalized product?

Simply type the name of the person in the field marked “Name here” on the product page, and you will see a preview in the image gallery on the left.

  • Which other personalized products do you offer apart from blankets?

We offer personalized cushion covers and beanies. During Christmas time, we also offer personalized Santa stockings and sacks.

  • What is the difference between Single Bed and Adult Throw?

The only difference is the way it may be used. A child should be able to use it to sleep in, whereas an adult might feel more comfortable using it as a throw for her couch or bedroom.

  • My kid is above 8 years, which blanket size should I order?

Depending on the age and height of your child, you may choose between a Single Bed Blanket for kids or the Adult blanket - Medium.

  • How many sizes are available for Adult blankets?

There are 3 sizes available
  1. Throw: A lovely addition to your couch or just something additional to snuggle in bed
  2. Blanket-medium: Should suffice for a single bed
  3. Blanket - large: Should suffice for a double bed 

  • Can two names be written on the blanket?

Yes, indeed, we could do two names on our larger blankets. We are happy to accommodate requests for this. Once you place your order, we will be in touch to finalize the placements of the names and the “&” sign.

Product use

  • How should I wash and care for my Namelyco product?

All our products come with wash-care instructions. You can also find these on the Product page on our website.

  • Is the blanket safe for newborns?
This product is a great gift for newborns. We have loads of tiny babies cuddling in our 100% organic cotton, lightweight and super-soft blankets. The dyes that are used for colours are organic too. 
Disclaimer: Please make sure the blanket is placed in a way that is comfortable for the baby and in-line with safety procedures. 

Placing an order

  • How do I place an order?
You can place an order right here on our website. Simply add to cart and check out.
You can also message us on Instagram and we can send you a payment link there itself. A confirmation email will be shared with you once your order is paid for.

  • How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details via email (and also text in case you opt for it).

  • I did not receive an order confirmation email. What do I do?
Please contact us through the website chat or email us at hello@namelyco.in with the email ID used to place your order.

  • Is there a COD option available?
Since Namely products are all made-to-order, we are unfortunately unable to offer COD.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of online payment including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Netbanking, Wallets and UPI.

 

Gifts and gift cards

  • I want to send my order as a gift to someone. What are the gift wrapping charges?

All orders are packaged in a gorgeous cloth carry bag and wrapped in tissue paper making them the perfect gift. We also send along a notecard for you to write in.

  • How do I use my Namely Co Gift Card?

At checkout in the “information” step, enter the Gift card code into the box provided in the right hand panel that has your order details. The Gift card amount will be applied to your order. In case there is a balance amount, you can proceed to pay that online.

  • I want a note to be written with my gift. What do I do?

Once you place your order, you can reply to your order confirmation email with the text you would like to have written on your gift. We will make sure to add it to your package.

  • Do you take large orders for weddings or corporate events?

Yes, please contact us at hello@namelyco.in or send us a Direct Message on our Instagram channel @namelyco.in

Shipping

  • Do you charge extra for shipping?

We apply a flat Rs. 150 shipping fee for all orders below Rs. 2000. Shipping is free for all orders above Rs. 2000.

  • What is the delivery time? In how much time will I receive my order?

We ship out all orders within 8 business days. Depending on where we are shipping to, orders take between 2-7 days to arrive. Please reach out to us in case you have any questions about the delivery date of your order.

  • Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship domestically within India.

  • I want my order earlier than the shipping time provided. What do I do?

Please contact our care team and we will try and help you out as best we can.

Returns and Refunds

  • I want to return my order. What do I do?

Since our products are customized, we do not accept returns.

  • Is there a return/exchange policy?

  • How do I connect with the customer care?

Contact us via website chat, email at hello@namelyco.in or send us an Instagram Direct Message. During business hours (Monday to Friday 11:30 to 6:30 pm) you can call us or leave a message on WhatsApp at +919372768780.

  • Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

If your order has already been processed, then it will not be possible for us to make any changes. But in case it has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate any text/design changes you may have. Please reach out to our care team for this.

  • How many products can I order at one time?

As many as you’d like! In case it’s an especially large order and for some reason, you experience technical issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • Are you available at any retail stores?

No, we are not available at any retail stores. However, we retail our products through luxury baby shopping destinations.
